(More customer reviews)Power Rangers Mystic Force. What can I say about it? It's certainly not the best Season of Power Rangers, however, it isn't the worst either.
Younger children will enjoy this series movie I think. It's kind of gives a "Harry Potter" feeling, with the Rangers' magic wands and capes. Volume 1 is the best of the Mystic Force releases. The first two episodes show how the Rangers become the Mystic Force. The only thing I found to complain about were the lack of episodes. This DVD only has 3 Mystic Force episodes. However, they do include a bonus episode from Power Rangers SPD intitled History, which shows the team-up between the SPD Rangers and Dino Rangers from Power Rangers Dino Thunder.

The heroes are outmatached.They demorph as the two creatures known as Orgs leave. Alyssa comments that they need a fifth Ranger, but the team leader Taylor disagrees. Cole arrives in the city known as Turtle Cove, and tries looking for the people in his photo - his real parents.He ends up saving a group of animals from an shady shelter run by a couple of devious clowns. Cole and the animals make it out ok, and the two animal snatchers reveal themselves to be Jindrax and Toxica.The four Rangers find Cole in the city and ask him to come with them. Taylor ends up punching him in the gut, and they haul him away unconscious. Cole wakes up to find himself in a jungle, and he is greeted by five robotic animals - Lion, Tiger, Bison, Shark, and Eagle - the Power Animals.Cole them makes his way to a temple, where he is greeted by the four Rangers and their mentor, Princess Shayla. Cole shows the team a red crystal with the lion spirit in it. They surprise him by showing him their own colored crystals.The Org from earlier returns to wreak more havoc in the city. Shayla dispatches the Rangers. Taylor gives Cole his Growl Phone, and shows him how to morph.The team stands as five for the first time, ready to confront the two Orgs. The Orgs combine their energy and attack with devastating force.The Rangers are still unable to overpower them. The only way to win is to work together. They combine their Power Weapons into the Jungle Sword, and take down one Orgs with a slash.Jindrax and Toxica appears. The Mistress of Magic makes the other Org grow with her staff. The king sized Org peeks out from behind the dam, startling the Rangers.The Wild Zords ride a wave down to the city to help the team. The combine their power and fire a shot at the Org.The blast goes right through the Org, destroying it. The Rangers stand triumphant. What other challenges will they face?

Cole leaves his home in the Amazon jungle in search of his destiny, carrying his mysterious Red Animal Crystal, a symbol whose meaning he doesn't yet understand. Finding himself in the Animarium, a magical kingdom hidden in the sky, Cole is befriended by giant animals -- the Wild Zords. Their king, Red Lion, tells Cole that his Red Crystal links them, and Princess Shayla tells him that he has been chosen to lead the Rangers. As Danny, Max, Alyssa, and Taylor show Cole their Animal Crystals, Cole realizes he is indeed a Ranger. Repeating the "Wild Access!" call, Cole morphs into Red Ranger and joins the others in a fight against Plugma Org and Turbine Org, who are terrorizing the city. The rangers combine their weapons to form the Wild Force Jungle Sword and quickly defeat Plugma Org. But suddenly, Turbine Org becomes Turbine Org Giant! Using his Crystal Saber, Cole summons the Wild Zords, and they triumph over Turbine Org Giant. But perhaps more importantly, the Power Rangers Wild Force is born!

The Best of the Power Rangers - The Ultimate Rangers (1993) Review

Pretty disappointing selection. First of all I think they could have had more episodes with this package. Here's what I think of what they have chosen-
White Light (Parts 1 & 2)- When this episode came out it was a major episode because it introduced the White Ranger so it is quite understandable that it would be chosen for this selection.
Countdown To Destruction (Parts 1 & 2)- Simply the main reason to buy this DVD. It is the best two Power Rangers episodes ever made. It is quite epic in scope and featured the pivotal destruction of Zordon who originated the Power Rangers.
To The Tenth Power- Great choice again and one of the best crossover events in Power Rangers.
Trakeena's Revenge (Parts 1 & 2)- Lightspeed Rescue was probably the weakest Power Rangers series, and this is one of the best episodes of that series. Nice to see a crossover with the Lost Galaxy Power Rangers but it just doesn't live up to its potential. Still, not a bad choice.
Forever Red- The amazing episode that featured various Red Rangers teaming up together.
Now as you can see I've pretty much complimented every episode on the DVD. But my problem isn't with the episodes they have, it's with what they don't have. There also should have been an episode from each series- where are Power Rangers Zeo and Power Rangers Time Force? Another plus would have been to have the very first episode of Ninja Storm. They call this the Best of the Power Rangers, yet they forget to include some of the best episodes such as Ninja Quest (Parts 1, 2, 3 & 4) from Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers, as well as the final four episodes of Power Rangers Lost Galaxy and the opening and final episodes of Power Rangers Time Force. That's why I'm disappointed with this DVD.
It probably won't happen, but here's hoping they have a volume 2, or start to bring out the entire series in boxsets.

Power Rangers Time Force - The End of Time (2001) Review

(More customer reviews)Power Rangers Time Force was a breath of fresh air after the former series, Lightspeed Rescue, just was not up to par.
This VHS, will have the last four episodes of Time Force: A Calm Before the Storm and The End of Time Parts 1 thru 3.
The storyline to bring Time Force to a close was very well-written and well played out by the team. Erin Cahill (Jen, the Pink Ranger), really shines in the three part finale as she takes control of her own destiny to go back and help Wes.
If you are a Power Rangers fan -- get this video. If you are a former fan wanting to see how good Power Rangers has gotten since the days of Mighty Morphin' check this video out.

Jen, Katie, Lucas, and Trip receive a panicked call from Alex. Frax, he warns, is building Doomtron, a super-robot that will destroy the city.
